Hi,
I am trying to make a Foam model ,using simpleFoam, but Foam complains with an error that I don't understand. I would like to correct myself but the error message is too complicated for me...
Here is the error (I am running in parallel with 14 threads, on a machine named "titan"):

I tried to initialize k uniform .72 and epsilon uniform .002 (to avoid bas 0 values).

I really don't understand what's happening...

I am using swak4foam for boundary conditions in my inlet. U, k and epsilon are type groovyBC, with expression as fallow:

Corresponding are:

I don't understand what's wrong... I don't know if I gave you enough details to help me; but I can give you other dictionaries, parameters...

It seems that the problem comes from groovyBC:
1/ the case does not work neither in serial mode
2/ replacing the groovyBC by a fixedValue BC, it works!

Hi! I found one mistake: my calculated k value was incorrect (negative for high z values).
I changed :
k >> "pos().z>250 ? .225 : 1.05-.0033*pos().z";
epsilon >> "pos().z<250 ? (.66-.002*pos().z)/((pos().z/2+5)*log(pos().z/2+5)) : .141/((pos().z/2+5)*log(pos().z/2+5))";

But it still does not work. By the way, with:
k >> "pos().z>250 ? .225 : 1.05-.0033*pos().z";
epsilon >> type fixedValue
value uniform 0.002)
it works!

So finally, I think there is no problem with groovyBC (my excuses for the author), but with the expression. Does anybody knows why it does not work?
