errors in simulation of a rotating bowl with interFoam

hello foamers, i simulate a rotating bowl, in which there is water, with a angular velocity 3 rad/s，but in my simulation, the water dose not rotate, and only the bowl rotates, who can help me find the errors in my case? thanks!
