Hi
I'm trying to model the fluid structure interaction of a flexible raft being towed through water. I know through existing threads on this fantastic forum, that it is possible in OPENFOAM to simulate rigid-body movement of a ship or structure. But my question is: Is it possible to simulate the rigid-body movement and the elastic deformation of a body subjected to fluid stresses? The main purpose of the study is to extract the drag force of the raft.
Any other ideas how to simulate this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Best regards
Kennet
