Default Cavitation with interPhaseChangeFoam and LES model

I am simulating the cavitation with LES.But I konw little about LES.
1: Is there any notes about the mesh especially the boundary layer and y+? How can I get the y+?
2:is there any suggestion about SGS model such as SGS viscocity?
