Warning/Error message when running OF21 in cluster ROCKS

Hi all!
After the invaluable help received from this forum in the last couple of weeks, I have been able to submit jobs in parallel in a ROCKS cluster in parallel from the front-end. My jobs are running and I'm getting the same results as before in another machine (they took a bit longer 'cause of the size of the machine). I am getting a warning/error message in the "*.o####" file that is created from any job run. The message is the following: [compute-1-8.local:12970] mca: base: component_find: unable to open /share/apps/centFOAM/OpenFOAM/ThirdParty-2.1.0/platforms/linux64Gcc/openmpi-1.5.3/lib/openmpi/mca_mtl_psm: libpsm_infinipath.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory (ignored) Repeated as many times as processors are being used. Any comments on it? Thanks! |
