Hello All,
I am using modified chtMultiRegionFoam for thermal plasma simulations. I have integrated electric and magnetic vector potential equations with the base chtMultiRegionFoam code. I need to volume integrate the current density, derived from electric potential and electrical conductivity, over both fluid and solid region simultaneously to calculate the magnetic vector potential at each face of the boundary patch (other than the interface patches) and specify it as a boundary condition for solving magnetic vector potential. The calculation specified above is based on the Biot-Savart Law equation in its potential form. I am really confused about how to start with this volume intergration, as I am unable to access the fluid region while solving the solid region and vice versa. Any help or inputs would help me a lot in my research progress. Thanks in advance. |
