Hi!
I was wondering if it is possible to add a non-newtonian model for the twoPhaseEulerFoam solver (compressible solver, with thermo effect). If it is possible are there some tutorial to follow? It seems that because of the compressibility and the thermophysical effect the way of doing it it is different from interFoam, for which it seems more straightforward. Thanks for the help |

Yes, it's possible to add a non-Newtonian transport model in the twoPhaseEulerFoam. Two-ways you may do that (depending on your rheology model only strain-rate dependent, or both strain-rate and concentration-dependent)- (1) You may edit the thermophysical model library to add the viscosity model, or (2) In the solver level, pass your mu calculation and replace the existing thermo-based mu calculation.
