Dear Foamers,
I am simulating a compressible system using rhoPimpleFoam. It uses pEqn.H file to evaluate pressure in a pimple loop. I'm a bit confused here, because why can it not simply evaluate pressure from EOS instead of using a pimple loop? At this point, the local density and local temperature is already known to evaluate pressure. Please forgive if this is a stupid question; I'm fairly new to CFD. Thanks, S |
