Dear all,
I am a beginner in OpenFoam trying to learn about simulating slurry transports. I first made some simulations of 2D flows without particles, and now I want to introduce particles to the system. I tried to find online explanations about this topic but sadly was not able to find very clear instructions. Since I want to see the trajectories I've found out that Lagrangian methods are used for this. Since I couldn't find clear tutorials online, I tried to see how much I could learn on my own by opening the tutorial in openfoam10 which is in: tutorial/lagrangian/particleFoam/hopper My approach to learning the simulation was to look at the data, for example by opening cloudProperties and googling parts of the written code (Such as how injectionModel works), but I could not find a helpful website nor video. I found this website for example: "https://www.openfoam.com/documentation/guides/latest/api/group__grpLagrangianIntermediate.html" But sadly I did not understand anything written in here. Does anyone know where I can find data about these topics? |
