I use the foam-extend 4.0 immersed boundary application, and run a simpleIbFoam case, when I run it with only one core, no warnings, but when I run the default decomposeDict file, and type the
mpirun - np 6 simpleIbFoam -parallel >log Errors occur, and I can't figure out why. I am trying to manually decompose the fluid zones so that the immersed boundary can be in one zone. But I really want to figure out the exact reason. Thanks a lot for any help. |
