Surface reaction in OpenFOAM

Hi, everyone.

I want to implement surface reaction of 2O->O2 in OpenFOAM. Since it can treated as a boundary condition, I have tried to write a new boundary condition for O and O2. However, the problem is that O2 boundary condition relies on that of O. Thus, in the initialization of species, I got an error that pure method called. Can anyone give some suggestions on how to implement this kind of boundary conditions? Thank you very much.

Sorry for the late reply. The error messages are lots of "duplicate entry xxx in runtime selection table option".
