mtgoncalves is on a distinguished road
The sign of the flux normal to a face is checked in the inletOutlet and outletInlet boundary conditions in order to determine whether a refValue or a refGradient should be applied. What happens when the flux is 0 (in which case there is no inlet or outlet because the local flow is parallel to the face)? Do the boundary conditions then default to either inlet or outlet or something else?
