Hello!
I´m studying differents photochemical processes in real reactors for aqueous phase. In these processes there are reactions of the Arrhenius type (temperature dependent) and others that are dependent on the radiation absorbed by the photochemically active species. From an existing solver (rhoReactingFoam) I managed to include all the reactions of my system, except the ones that depends on the radiation ... I have the mathematical expression (it goes in adjunct) of this radiation absorbed by the reacting medium (local volumetric speed of absorption of photons, Ea). This Ea, is a function of the concentration of the radiation absorbing species, and the position in the reactor (attenuation). However, it is not clear to me how I can add it to the reactions system....Some suggestion ??? Thank you! |

I'm also working on something similar (but on gas phase). Have you managed to find out how to do this?
