Documents like http://webfiles.portal.chalmers.se/e...heHuangMSc.pdf and http://www.tfd.chalmers.se/~hani/kur.../rodSlides.pdf say that the file IeEqn.H is used, but a file search (Linux: "find . -name IeEqn*") does not show it in the OpenFoam download. Where can IeEqn.H be found?
