Hello
I am implementing my own solver, for that, I pick an already implemented solver in OF and do all the procedures mentioned on the threads. At the step when I need to do wmake, it does not work, so then I have to do sudo bash first then do wmake, and doing this, wmake works. When I test the solver, it seems that again I need to be in the condition of sudo bash, otherwise solver is not recognized. Having used sudo bash, then the solver works perfectly, and runs. Is there any way to have the solver working in normal condition? not necessarily having already sudo bash on? Thanks for your help in advance |

Sound like you try write solver to OpenFoam main directory.
Did you edit the Make/files of new solver i way that new solver will be located in $FOAM_USER_APPBIN instead of $FOAM_APPBIN ? |

Yes I do that, and the solver is located in user appbin!
