Flamelet combustion model problems

hi everyone,
I want to investigate supersonic combustion in SCRAMJET using Flamelet combustion model. But rhoReactingFoam is not working well with it, so I am trying to make Hagen Müller's flameletFoam-2.3.x compatible with reactingFoam in OpenFoam-2.3.x. I have already investigated reactingFoam with PaSR combustion model and now looking for Flamelet combustion model. I have compiled Hagen Müller's flameletFoam with reactingFoam and it didn't show any error but while running it is showing following error : Sum of mass fractions is zero for species 53 ( CH4 CH2O CH3O H O2 H2 O OH H2O HO2 H2O2 C CH CH2 CH2(S) CH3 CO CO2 HCO CH2OH CH3OH C2H C2H2 C2H3 C2H4 C2H5 C2H6 HCCO CH2CO HCCOH N NH NH2 NH3 NNH NO NO2 N2O HNO CN HCN H2CN HCNN HCNO HOCN HNCO NCO N2 AR C3H7 C3H8 CH2CHO CH3CHO ) From function void Foam::multiComponentMixture<ThermoType>::correctMa ssFractions() in file /home/adlak/Adlak/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-2.3.x/OpenFOAM-2.3.x/src/thermophysicalModels/reactionThermo/lnInclude/multiComponentMixture.C at line 66. FOAM exiting *** Error in `flameletFoam': double free or corruption (!prev): 0x0000000001c32560 *** Aborted (core dumped) Can anyone help me ??? Please !!! |
