The derivation I showed above is not 100% correct.
The most important thing is how you define your enthalpy - which is a function of (in most cases) T and p. If the p derivative can be neglected it is very easy because c_p = \frac{\partial T}{\partial h}. Then you can use the enthalpy equation, and make it step by step.

More informations are given in my Ph.D. (unfortunately German and not yet published) or in the book of Moukalled et al.

Hi,

Could u pls give some hints (or post your new results) about how your 5 temperature implementations work and their performance? May I also take a look at your fvSchemes setting? If you used temperature dependent cp, rho and k, where did you update their values?
