Dear All,
Problem definition: I have an interconnected multi-compartment model air filled inside. A steam injected from one compartment. Around the steam jet, there is turbulence, but in the other compartments, air is almost stagnant where I do not want to solve the turbulence equations. Question: How can I implement a selective solution of turbulence equations.... ? Thanks |

What software are you using? It seems that you have two different problems coupled. Quite challenging but from a technical point of view is not impossible. Multi physics solver may help you to solve this.

I use OpenFoam-dev (OpenFoam foundation).
I made a hybrid solver from sprayFoam and buoyantPimpleFoam. |
