Hi Foamers,

There are many resource textbook that explains second-order least squares in OpenFOAM but I can't find any that explains fourth-order least squares in OpenFOAM.

I am trying to understand the implementation done in OpenFOAM for fourth-order but I don't quite understand how a correction (in the source code) makes it fourth-order.

Any reference to a good textbook/paper/online material that gives a general explanation of fourth-order least squares would be great.

Many thanks!
