Hello

I tried to combine chtmultiregionfoam with boussinesqpimplefoam. I do get an executable, but when I run the test case I get an error:
"hanging pointer of type N4Foam25singlePhaseTransportModelE at index 0 (size 1), cannot dereference"

I think its an lookup table being not read in,but no idea how to fix it

I have attached the solver and test case herewith.
