Hi Guys,

I am looking for a way to retrieve the NodeIDs or Node numbers that are part of a patch group, so I can apply node specific boundary conditions. I've had a look through some of the source files relating to patches and boundary fields but I haven't seen anything yet. I'm not actually sure if this information is stored in OpenFOAM once the mesh files are read in.

I could probably also work with faceIDs if that is an option, there is a member function whichFace in polyPatch.C that I will have a play with, but If anyone has already done something similar that would help speed things up.

Any help would be great.

Cheers
Stephen
