Hello Foamers,
I have a question about the velocity field generated by MRF, GGI and the BC rotatingWallVelocity next to a surface. Why the velocity fields are different? For example I attach one picture of the MRFsimpleFoam generated velocity field and one of the pimpleDyMfoam. In my opinion the velocity field of MRFsimpleFoam is the right one. But maybe the velocity field generated by pimpleDyMfoam is just the tangential velocity field? The velocity field genereted by the BC rotatingWallVelocity looks the same as the velocity field of pimpleDyMfoam. |

The vector field in the picture GGIturbo.jpg is not converged enough. So they would show all the same velocity field.
