Thanks alexeym . Yes, I used iso-surface to get my interfaces, but I did not use threshold filter, I will try later.

This was the base case study before moving to more complex problem. My next step is to implement Rosenborck-Wanner method in my case. I found a file rosenbock34.C, which is available in ODE solvers but it is for ODE. Can you suggest how to use the method using PDE? It seems to me that I need to start from scratch.

What do you mean by "how to use the method using PDE?"? I think before starting "from scratch" you need to formulate your problem a little bit clearer.

I am using a PDE model, we know that the system is stiff and would like to use RosenBrock method to solve numerically. See simplified version of attached PDE.
