wallDistReflection.H in OF 3.0.x

Hi,

I've got a utility which worked well on OF 2.4.x but when I've tried to compile it on OF 3.0.x, I've received an error regarding the absence of wallDistReflection.H.

From a check I've made, this header file was indeed removed from OF 3.0.x (was located at src/finiteVolume/fvMesh/wallDist/)

Can anyone please address regarding this issue?

I'm looking for this same information for subsequent versions. Why was it removed, what was it replaced with, where are those functions now, etc?
