Does anyone know the exact meaning of the function:

updateSubGridScaleFields();

i.e., in the homogenous dynamic Smagorinsky implementation, there is

updateSubGridScaleFields(D);

or

updateSubGridScaleFields(dev(symm(fvc::grad(U))));
