Deal all,
I am trying to solve a flow with rotating parts. For notice, I am using OpenFOAM-2.1.0. As of now I have been running with an imposed rotation of the body; for this I used solidBodyMotionFvMesh in the dynamicMeshDict. Could someone direct to the different options that are available and to what the correspond to. Particularly, my current concern is to have the body move and/or rotate at a speed that is imposed by the flow itself. Thank you for time and best regards. |

Dear friends,
This is my first post in open foam, i am interested doing flapping wing analysis using open foam for my project, right now i have the data(xyz coordinates)in excel file that is totally i have 33 rows and 225 columns(flapping wing model coordinates), i dont how to import all coordinates in open foam there is possibilites to write script file and import in open foam , i dont how to write script file and how to import in open foam, please guide me how to start with my work,i already done airfoil analysis for steady case, right now i am looking only for dynamic analysis, its just like blade rotates in helicopter that is vertical axis here its horizontal axis, please kindly guide as soon as possible |
