Will any body help me in setting up for the boundary conditions for Turbo machinery in Open Foam.

It would be helpful to know what version you are using, what turbomachinery problem you are trying to solve, what boundary conditions it is that you need.

There is a special interest group for turbomachinery and they have some information here, including tutorials, that you might want to look at.

Sorry to reply late.Now i am facing the problem of simpleTurboMFRFoam solver from where should i get this solver and the same is the case with the GGI information.

svn checkout https://openfoam-extend.svn.sourcefo...TurboMachinery
will get you some of the turbomachinery add-ons, but GGI is already in OpenFOAM 1.6-ext (and not in 1.7.1).
As far as simpleTurboMFRFoam, the only mention I see of it is here - maybe you want to follow-up on that thread and see what became of it.

Dear Boger
Thanks a lot for replying soon.Well i will follow the guidelines given by you.Well want to ask one question is it possible to use GGI in Open Foam 1.7.1 as no such data is getting in Open Foam user guide as well as Programmers Guide.

You will only find GGI in the -dev or -ext (extend) versions of OpenFOAM. It was put in initially in OpenFOAM-1.5-dev and is now in OpenFOAM-1.6-ext.
