Hello,
I have to compute a flow inside a channel with non-adiabatic walls. I saw a class (wallHeatTransferFvPatchScalarField) that seems to compute the heat transfer from the flow to the walls, but I could not find anywhere in the tutorials or documentation how to use it. Can you give me a hint? Thanks, Dragos |

if you generate just a channel and solve it with buoyant...Foam you can use the post-tool wallHeatFluxLaminar to get the heat flux of the walls. Or did you want to get a constant heatFlux? best regard tobi |
