dear all,
i have, using blockMesh, created a domain which has separate in/outlet for water and for air. then, using snappyhexmesh, i placed a boat in my domain (3D) and now i like to let water flow in/out through my waterpatches. when using interFoam it explodes. i get the impression that after filling the bottom part of the domain with water (modifiing the dambreak case for interfoam) i get air (or what?) to flow in to my domain. is there a way to specifiy that i like water to flow in to my lower patch and air in to the upper patch? is it clear what i try to do? |

Hi Erik
Have you tried to set the value of gamma on the specific patches to the value you want, e.g. on water-inlet set gamma to type fixedValue; value uniform 1; Best regards, Niels
