Hi Badiger,

you should start with reactingFoam and understand the test case and the solver. Search the Wiki for more information about reactingFoam. The talk I can mail you if you give me your address.

For the inp files: You use a detailed mechanism or a overall one with a hand full of reactions? What kind of combustion is it?

thanks for your continuous support,

I have started with reactingFoam, downloading the case from wiki, also i modified chem.inp with some other fuel name(reaction), but i was not finding the activation energy n other constants for different fuels,

If you have some test cases to be solved please give. I ll work with them n send results. Actualy my work here is to implement EDM in OpenFOAM n run some test cases. Then proceed on MultiPhase flows.

So I am reading on combustion and CFD books, If u some good material, Plz guide me
