Hello.

Right now I'm working on a tool that does multiple runs of refineMesh and modifies the refineMeshDict according to a new dictionary (refineRegionsDict) before each run. To keep the meshes cheap I have integrated an option to make sure that already refined cells (from snappyHexMesh) are deleted from the selected region. To achieve this, the case is copied to a backup and mapFields is used after each step to refresh the cellLevel. This works fine to avoid the cells that have been refined by snappyHexMesh but does not get the ones that resultet from running refineMesh.
So, does anybody know a way to get refineMesh to write the cellLevel?

With kind regards, Christian.
