Hello everyone,

I'm very new to OpenFOAM and I have a question about it.

I am currently working on understanding the software and simple 2D multiphase cases. However, there is something I can't represent in my simulations.

Specifically, my question is: how can I model the water film that remains around the pores (Swi-irreducible water saturation in a water-wetting medium) after injecting a non-wetting fluid (such as oil) starting from a completely water-saturated medium?

I have already tried refining the mesh around some pores (not all because the simulation takes longer), but I still can't achieve this water film.

I'm using the VoF interface capturing method.

Thanks in advance for your help!
