Hey, I am working on a case where I want to couple 3 domains (cold fluid, solid and hot fluid).
First of all: Using a multiRegionSolver is not an option. I set up the 3 cases and want to couple them via their coupling-surfaces. It is important for me that I handle the data myself as I want to show the coupling capabilites with other programs. This is what I want to do:
Having X,Y,Z and wallHeatFlux it seems pretty straight forward for me to apply this data to the temperature field T. But it is not as straight forward as I thought it would be. I am missing the right boundary condition. I tried out to map my data via the timeVaryingMappedFixedValue BC. It works fine when coupling the solid temperature back to the fluid fields. However it doesn't work with the heat fluxes. If I use externalWallHeatFluxTemperature I can not use the obtained X,Y,Z Data and I would have to have consistent meshes. Is there something similar as the timeVaryingMappedFixedValue BC that can map wallHeatFlux Data to the T-File? Thanks in advance! |
