Simple as the title: I need to change temperature, mass flow and perhaps other properties during runtime based on an external calculation (i.e. I will not know what the properties will be at certain times before starting the simulation). I'm using OpenFOAM 10 and buoyantReactingFoam.

As a workaround I can stop the simulation (at certain endTime) and change the T0 of each cloud. This will be slower but better than nothing and it also means I can run my external calculation loop independent of the openfoam sim, rather than in a custom openfoam library.
However now I've run into a different problem which will slow down my simulation significantly, I can't restart the simulation with clouds after I've run it in parallel, with the following error. Code:
Size of origProcId field 0 does not match the number of particles 67 |
