Hi guys, I hope you are doing well
I'm going to use one of the tutorial of OpenFoam which is concerned with cumbustion, but I want to change the chemical mechanism of cumbustion. I changed these two files: "grimech30.dat" and "thermo30.dat" in the Chemkin folder according to my mechanism but after running OpenFoam, I undestood that my changes has not been compiled and OpenFoam did not notice my changes. Can someone help me to resolve the problem? |

Pls. have a look at the Sandia_LTS tutorial (e.g here https://github.com/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM...AS/SandiaD_LTS) and the use of chemkinTofoam.
The issue you raise has been discussed in the past in this forum. See e.g. chemkinToFoam parsing issues? (v19) Please give it a look and post follow-up questions in this thread. Good luck. |
