Hello everyone! I recently installed OpenFOAM and ParaView on my mac using docker, but PV in docker was running slow, so i installed it separately as a mac app.
To then open a case in PV I added an empty file with .foam extension into a case folder and it loaded successfully, I was able to work with my data... and then it just stopped working. I load .foam file into PV and nothing happens – no error messages, no nothing, it just sort of freezes. i tried googling an issue, reinstalling PV, rebooting, but nothing worked, so please, help!) Thank you, Anton. |

Okay, okay. So i opened PV again today, and what I did was, I opened the app in fullscreen view (shift+cmd+f) – and it started working again...
Honestly not sure if that is what fixed the issue, but maybe it will help someone. Also try installing different versions of PV from their website (they have nightly versions, ARM versions for M1, etc.) Regards, Anton. |
