Does OpenFoam allow us to apply periodic boundary conditions (PBC) for two-phase flow?

I have a case run for a 3D channel with the water and air. The water moving above the air and the water have velocity for an inlet. The air doesn't move.

Can we apply PBC at inlet and outlet to obtain the fully developed velocity profile?

I have used a cyclic boundary condition for the inlet and outlet but I don't know how to set up the velocity for the water. I referred the tutorial

HTML Code:
$FOAM_TUTORIALS/incompressible/pimpleFoam/LES/channel395
but it is using for single flow.
