i am doing combustion modeling in a rectangular domain with fuel inlet at center.(Fuel is methanol) so i am using GRI mech30 reaction with 30 species, I cant able to convert GRI30 reaction files to foam format using Chemkin Foam.
The error produced is- --> FOAM FATAL IO ERROR: "ill defined primitiveEntry starting at keyword 'AR' on line 1 and ending at line 112" file: transport.dat at line 112. From the function void Foam:rimitiveEntry::readEntry(const Foam::dictionary&, Foam::Istream&) in file db/dictionary/primitiveEntry/primitiveEntryIO.C at line 185. On the internet I don't get the solution anywhere. |

You've probably figured it out by now, but you should check your thermo file format. With OpenFOAM 8, the thermo file should begin with something like:
Code:
species 36 (AR He <Symbols of remaining 34 species> ); |
