OpenFOAM adjointOptimisation pre-processing

Dear All,

I started using the new adjointOptimisation solver by changing a few things in the setup of the incompressible motorbike tutorial. I am having trouble by defining new control points in different part of the bike. My problem might be basic: I cannot define the control points in the appropriate way, it crashes when calculating the knots.

Does anybody know how to define the points within a block by using any free software?
