If I understand this correctly, the solver adds centrifugal and coriolis force to cells in MRF zone, thus modelling rotation on a static mesh.

It's intuitive in internal flows, like turbines and impeller but I'm struggling with external flows. For example, MRF cellzones for wind turbines are whole cylinders but there are only three blades. So if all cells have centrifugal and coriolis force added, doesn't such a case model a turbine with infinite blades?
Also, if I greatly enlarge the MRF cylinder, how will it affect the flow?

What if I remove all blades and leave the MRF zone empty, will the fluid still rotate?
