Hi everyone !
I need to modelize the water flow in a spillway. In the upstream part I have a tank of water so I want that my boundary condition to be a fixed value of water level and not a velocity or pressure. Do you know how can I modelize this kind of simulation in openFoam? Thank you |

You should have a alpha file in your 0 directory, now you have to set your boundary conditions accordingly, if you cant map your inlet field you could try to split your inlet patch by using a topoSetDict and create patches using createBafflesDict.
setFieldsDict might also just be what you are looking for, here is a tutorial that might help you: https://www.researchgate.net/publica...'_tutorial Last edited by BjoernFoam; November 14, 2018 at 05:27. |
