mapFields utility

Hi,

I have a LES field of a 2D geometry (so x: streamwise, y: wall normal and z: spanwise). I decided to increase the domain size in the z direction so the geometry remains the same but i increase the spanwise length of the domain.
Does anyone know how to use the mapFields utility to so that i can somehow map my old (smaller domain data) on to the new domain with a larger z direction size?
