Hello,
I want to create a patch for defining nonRotatingPatches in the MRFProperties file. I created the mesh with Pointwise but I donět know how to create the patch. The zone in which I want to create the patch is the one selected (white) in the picture. I tried with topoSet and createPatch but, since in my faceset there is also the blade I am not getting what I want. Does anyone know how to create it from stl files? Are there other ways to solve this problem? Thank you! |

As mush as i know, in MRF simulation you just need to define MRF zone, then all other patches out of MRF regions are non-rotating.
whats your question exactly? could you please provide a picture
