I want to simulate hydraulics behavior at tidal basin connected with river. Continuous inflow of water is to be provided from river as inlet. From downstream part of river which is normally outlet , i need to provide tidal discharge in time varying way for some duration. After that duration it is normal as output.

So simply i need time varying discharge at outlet side to be provided in negative direction of normal flow. Any suggestions and helps in this regard of providing boundary condition for simulation are greatly appreciated.
