CSUSeniorDesign is on a distinguished road
Hey CFD community,
I'm currently working on modeling the flow of non-Newtonian fluids on to slot dyes used in coating processes. I had a few questions and I thought this would be a good place to get some answers from some real experts.
We are currently setting up our program to model newtonian fluids first and after we get the geometries and meshes all figured out we will be transforming it to work for non-Newtonians, specifically pseudoplastics (shear thinning). I was wondering if there are any good solvers that would work best for these kind of fluids? Anything helps. Thanks!
*specifically solvers for steady-state, laminar flow of non-newtonians fluids with shear thinning*
