Converting a Fluent Mesh with Porous Jump into OpenFOAM mesh with porousBaffle

I have a mesh with some porous jump zones, and would like to convert them into openFOAM's porousBafflePressure patch. I'm a bit confused on how to do this.
I can provide a simple mesh as a demo if necessary. Thank you in advance. |

i guess you can easily import it by following command :
