I have been running OpenFOAM 1.6.x and i have been using a modified Dieselfoam solver. The issue i have been facing is how to output whether a parcel is touching the wall or not. I would like to be able to output this at timedumps. I have been looking into the code quite extensively but as of yet all i have come up with is using findNearestBoundaryFace in the mesh class in conjunction with tracktoface from the parcel class to try and output a 1 or 0 if it is touching the wall or not. However, this is not working. Is there a function i have not seen which outputs whether a parcel is touching the wall or not?
