LordLoss is on a distinguished road
I'm currently attempting to run OpenFOAM 2.2.1 over a very small (2-PC) cluster as a proof of concept for improving CFD analysis at my place of work. Unfortunately I am running into issues.
I have looked around online for any other reports of this issue and have so far been unable to find any.
Openfoam is shared across the cluster via a NFS.
Terminal is currently operating from the propeller tutorial directory.
The code used to start the analysis is as follows.

[mpirun -hostfile /home/mpiuser/hosts -n 2 {Path To /Allrun}]

This then starts of blockMesh without any issues, but then this line appears shortly afterwards.

/home/mpiuser/OpenFOAM/mpiuser-2.2.1/run/tutorials/incompressible/pimpleDyMFoam/propeller/Allrun: 5: .: Can't open /bin/tools/RunFunctions

The pre-processing continues to run until the PimpleDyMFoam starts, where it promptly crashes and displays the following lines.

[fb-vostro-260:05433] [[7027,1]0] ORTE_ERROR_LOG: A message is attemtping to be send to a process who's contact information is unknown in file ../../../../../../orte/mca/rml/oob/rml_oob_send.c at line 105
[fb-vostro-260:05433] [[7027,1]0] could not get route to [[INVALID], INVALID]
[fb-vostro-260:05433] [[7027,1]0] ORTE_ERROR_LOG: A message is attemtping to be send to a process who's contact information is unknown in file ../../../../../../orte/mca/rml/oob/rml_oob_send.c at line 86

System monitor then shows All processors returning to idle levels and I am forced to cancel the script.

I will be lurking for the rest of the day to answer any and all questions regarding this issue.

Please help me,

Alex
