kan someone tell me what is the difference among the rotational and noOrdering and translational...In my case, the three type all work .. I am interested in the
difference.. thanks advance! Hi there,
I had a similar thing happening to me. I mistakenly used "rotational" instead of "noOrdering". The simulation ran but the results were not convincing me. I think all 3 (maybe even all 5) option may run when you are lucky with your mesh. However, when I refined it, it stopped working before the first time step with "rotational". So I assume it is a coincident. I do not know your problem, but since it says "Windkraftanlage" I assume you were using a sliding mesh to simulate the rotation of your rotor blades and might want to stick to "noOrdering". However, I just posted something here, maybe it helps you out: http://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/ope...tml#post550518 |
