Hi All
When I convert my fluent.msh file to OpenFOAM using fluent3DMeshtoFoam, files are generated succesfully in polyMesh withut any errors but my geometry in paraFoam completely changes. File 1 shows two pipes connected by a 90degree mitre drawn half in symmetry in Ansys and file 2 shows geometry in openFoam which is only a rectangle. Can anyone advise. Many thanks Regards |

Hi,
I think you just activated "outline" in Paraview. Swith that button to "surface" then you will see your real geometry that should look as it does in ANSYS. Regards Chrisi |

Thanks Chrisi. Problem solved. This is what happens when you are a beginner.
